When Elren regained consciousness, the first thing that she was aware of was a splitting headache and a dull throb of pain in her hand and side. Then, she felt strong arms wrapped around her protectively and heard the beating of a heart beneath her right ear. She slowly opened her eyes and smiled when she saw Eomer. He was fast asleep and looked more peaceful than Elren had seen him look in weeks. She sighed and rested her head on his chest again as she took in her surroundings. War of the Heart Ch. 5Chapter Five    Elren tightened her armor, shaking her head so that her curls fell away from her eyes.  The Rohirrim were riding to Edoras today, and Elren was to join them as an honorary member of the army.  Eowyn is going to die of jealousy, she thought with a wry grin.  Suddenly, Elren heard someone coming.  She turned in surprise and was greeted by a smiling Kathena.
"My daughter, you have done well."

War of the Heart Ch. 4Chapter Four
Dark times were soon to follow.  Though Wormtongue had been banished from Rohan, it did not mean that his days of stirring trouble were over.  Far from it.  Soon, the people of Edoras were forced to evacuate.  Elren and Eowyn were eager to fight beside their kinsmen, but Théoden forbid it.  Kathena, however, was allowed to ride with the Rohirrim.  Elren's indignation was complete.  She wanted to fight beside the man she loved, and she was determined to do so.

Twilight Madness

Okay, first off I would like to ask all Twilight haters to NOT TELL ME HOW MUCH THEY HATE TWILIGHT IN RESPONSE TO THIS! Thank you.

Now that's out of the way, here's what's what. I have been re-reading the Twilight series. Granted, I think the first book is not worth reading again and I prefer the film, but wth. Anyway, I started reading New Moon and BAM! New OC in my head DEMANDING that she be paired up with Jacob Black. Because, let's be honest ladies, Jake is waaay too good for Miss Swan. *makes a face at bella*

So here's what's going on: Veronica Saunders wants to end up with Jake. Easy enough in the world of AU. But now she also wants to either be drawn and/or have a manipulation/banner made for her and Jake. If anyone wants to do this, please send me a Note or post a comment here!
